About
Shemhamforash was formed at the end of 2012, consisting of Alan Rodriguez on guitar and vocals, Humberto López on drums, David Fajardo on guitar, and Ernesto Evangelista on bass guitar and backing vocals.
In 2015, the band released their debut album, AETHER, which was mastered at Street Fascination Studios. The album received excellent reviews and a great reception. Continuing their momentum, the band released their first official music video, "Nitimur in Vetitum," in 2016.
Shemhamforash took a significant step in their history in 2020 with the release of their second full-length album, ENTROPY. The album was mixed at ThunderStorm Studios and mastered by the renowned Stefano Morabito at 16th Cellar Studios, and it was released by Concreto Records. ENTROPY is a powerful and dark album that signaled a promising future for the band.
The band's latest single, "APOPHIS," released in 2022, is an ambitious and fearless track with top-tier production. It showcases their mastery of blackened death metal with orchestral elements, being dark, powerful, precise, and innovative. In 2024, Shemhamforash released three live videos, demonstrating the high level of craftsmanship that sets the stage for their next goal: their third album.
